The short version

This site publishes articles about Chinese tea. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and the only cookies are the ones strictly needed for the site to work.

The Pinterest publishing app

"East Tea Co Publisher" is the app we use to publish pins to our own Pinterest business account from our own content. Specifically:

• It accesses only our own account: our boards, our pins, and our own account's analytics.
• It creates pins that link back to articles on this site.
• It does not collect, access or process any data from other Pinterest users.
• OAuth tokens are stored privately by the site operator and used solely for the purposes above. You can revoke access at any time from your Pinterest account settings (Settings → Security → Apps).

Website analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate traffic measurement (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not build advertising profiles or identify individual visitors.
